SPA Design and Project Services Ltd. (SPADPS) is a design practice based in Yangon with a mission of Building Better Communities for the future of Myanmar. We are focused on improving the lives of our customers, investors and colleagues through constantly evolving our shared built environment. Our strength is our belief in design that is tied to functional use and the act of building.

History

The company (originated as SPA Project Management Ltd.) has helped to deliver some of the country’s most recognizable real estate developments in Pun Hlaing Golf Estate and Thanlyin Star City. Its foundations are rooted in delivery, which is expressed in these built structures, infrastructural elements and landscapes. Since 2013, the company has accelerated its growth and delivered design and project management services across a diverse range of property types. The company now has completed assets in hospitality, health care, retail, automotive, education and work place environments.
